I’ve been a mid-level manager (Sr Operations Manager) for the last three years. Been in my industry for 10 years. I feel I have plateaued in my career path. Why can thanksgiving and Christmas be such harder days? I had a lovely day and am lucky enough that my latest bout of anxiety ended (more like mostly dissipated) about two months ago.
