How did you get on this app?
^that and also be personable. Advisory Analytics right now is having a hard time staffing people who not only know their stuff and but canalso be put in front of the client.
What level? Most likely will be incredibly easy and all about cultural fit, and good experiences
^im with another firm right now. This interview is for a consultant level.
I'm also federal working with federal advisory analytics. And yea I can see how they could use people with good presentation and personable skills
I dunno about analytics, but interview experience with them and all consulting firms really, just speak intelligently to what's on ur resume and provide examples
For technical roles that is
I'm working on an initiative with advisory analytics. Idk the interview but my guess is: Understand BI tools (they love Tableau), know how to explain basic analytics, and be ready to say the type of calculations you'd use/make.
^are they just not personable? This is also for federal btw.
Maybe I should switch to Federal. Wouldn't mind the hours
@D2, what are some of the more popular analytics tools you all use?
I ask because I recently started my masters in data analytics so I hope they're not expecting me to know everything and be a SME.
Tableau and Cognos for BI. And R is a popular stat coding language
I've played with tableau and trying to teach myself R as of recently. Should that be the point I try to sell them on in the interview? That I'm very interested to be trained on these.
I'd say go with the flow of the interview, but always good to show interest and experience/initiative in the areas/tools they work in/use
