Interviewed with KPMG over the course of a couple of weeks. On Friday morning the recruiter called and said they wanted to move forward, and to expect an offer. Since then, crickets. Do I follow up? Do I wait? I am not desperate to leave my current job, it’s fine, but I am ready to move on.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile.
