Interviewing at EY (consulting) and the recruiter says they are considering me for either the SC or M role depending on how I do in the interviews . Has anyone experienced this? What do I need to do to convince them that I’m suited for M? Thanks!

So I’m only contributing to 401k enough to get employer match, and I’m saving an additional ~20% and putting 90% of that into my vanguard mutual funds.
