How is the work culture in ADP?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Manager pay band is 95k to 170k. I would say with PhD and your years of experience, you should aim for 150k to 170k.
Secret is not worth that much - Top Secret full scope gives you more leg room.

These are good insights.

Clearance? PhD in data science? Relavant certs? If good answers to all of the preceding, $170k should be your floor. ETA: go work for a big tech company (preferably Microsoft) or Booz instead.
OP where are you located? I am actively looking for someone in your wheelhouse.
Booz is not a big tech company. Just another consulting firm doing mainly “data analytics” in excel

Right: ideally go to a big tech company, the best of which would probably be M; OR go work for Booz. Of the bigs Booz is probably the best IMHO because they pay very well for tech talent + have good wlb and corporate governance. But definitely does not hold a candle to an M type of company in terms of compensation.
I just came over to Guidehouse earlier this year as a data analyst, senior consultant. My salary is $120k. I had to negotiate a little and was told this was towards the cap of what senior consultants make (not sure if true or not).
Eh, I’ll live.
