He said 3 yrs at EY, not 3 yrs total... don't make this about you D2, honey badger don't give a shit
@KMPG 1 not what I've see at D. Here MBA hires > ungergrad campus hires > experienced hires. But obviously I've seen people negotiate well so it is possible just not the norm.
They'll pay you in skittles
^Bargain for sour skittles
And to answer your question OP; it depends... somewhere in the range of $80k-$140k is appropriate for a DD SC... without an MBA I wouldn't expect coming in at over $105k
It's my experience that experienced hires always make more...
For example undergrad hires that got promoted to C make 80 something in Atlanta. My offer to join C level in Atlanta was 98k...
SC for 3 yrs? I got C for 3 yrs exp :( seems more common
D2, where'd you come from? What $ did they offer you?
D1, how's the work at DD? Also, does DD have the Business Tech Analyst then Consultant promo or do undergrads start at Consultant like in D Advisory?
What are you going to be doing? I know a few Salesforce C's that started at $105k out there
Isn't 105 low? @op how many years of exp before 3 at EY?
OP, undergrads start as BTA --> C --> SC. I started as BTA and as first year SC I am expecting120k but experienced hires tend to get the short end of the stick so it depends on how well you negotiate. They will probably offer you 100-120 but then it's on you.
Says DX Strategy. And 1 year before EY. So 4 total. I'm looking to clear at least $125k.
I would say 120k-130k.
Not sure about you but at C I was over 100k. Undergrads at BTA start at 78 out of campus so that's just incorrect.
Currently in DD. Salary is around 110k without an MBA. Bonuses have been pretty good for me the last two years (15-20k)
