You should do 2 things
1. If you are partnering with someone you should ask to see their book and have an interview with them.
2. You should look at the agency portfolio closely. That is the best guide for the level of work you will be creating. It is EXTREMELY rare to move the needle by leaps and bounds at an existing shop - especially at a senior level vs ECD.
Agreed.^ Find the other designers on LinkedIn and then get their portfolio from there.
Agree with the feedback given thus far. I don’t know how accurate it would be to ask the agency unless credits come with it because you don’t know how many hands touched it as who did what.
I’ve generally looked creatives up on LinkedIn and you can get an idea of their strengths and weaknesses judging by the sum of their work.
