You'll do a lot of pricing and working from a limited-access IQVIA database. Pay will be considerably lower than similar management consulting firms, and you are interviewing for a small part within a big corporate; you aren't on the CEO's radar, much less an emphasis.
LEK1 is spot on…IQVIA isn’t a good place to work for, but if you insist on joining the firm, interview for the strategy consulting team (“Consulting Services”)
Market Access Strategy consulting is most likely the Market Access COE at IQVIA. This is the part of legacy Amundsen group, which was acquired by IMS a few years back. They have a couple of databases and tools, which is what majority of their work revolves around. I’d agree to C1 that ‘Consutling Services’ is the strategy consulting team, where you could focus on value and access (rebranded name to avoid confusion with the market access COE) and focus on market access type of work. Gives you a broader variety of projects with access to more databases. Plus being a part of consulting services could lead to other strategy work within corporate and portfolio strategy, and brand and launch strategy, if you are interested
