Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?

Don't be in a rush, is all I can say. I know several people who have government jobs and they can take 2 weeks or 2 years. There's just no rhyme or reason to any of it.
I am interviewing for a director role with a county in Michigan. I will say just go in there with an open mind and be more elaborative and you should be good. Also the more into the interview you go the more details you will need to add depending on the questions.
Make sure you do your research on the position and the department. Also, usually there is only one interview. Depending on the job, they may have you complete an assessment. Also, have specific examples.
Do you know how long it takes to make the hiring decisions in such cases?
I currently work for the State of Michigan and the interview questions are straight forward. Be prepared to give specific examples that demonstrates your skill set. For example, they may ask tell me a time that did not agree with a decision your manager made, how did you handle that? Describe your managerial style? It also depends on the type of position you are applying for? If it is entry level, questions are basic, what sets you apart from others who are applying? Be patient, it takes a long time to hear back from them after interview. Good luck
