When is a 3 page resume acceptable?

Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .
Generally How much time they take . Or should I consider that my application is rejected because of CTC issue.
My Current CTC : 24 LPA
Expacted : 35 LPA [Negotiable]

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

What’s the best way to make your email stand out to a recruiter?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.
