I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Not a right place to ask a question like that in an echo chamber. People here brag about their salaries while sharing a studio with a roommate in NYC .
As an H1B myself , congrats! Goal is what you set for yourself. There is always a potential to go up of course, but enjoy the milestone

I think it’s still a big deal, especially in the Midwest. My wife and I live in Michigan. She is a financial analyst in her mid 30s and still chasing 100. I’m technically based out of New York and complain to my coworkers all the time that I “only make 220.” In NYC, the 2 of us to lived on my salary with little to spare. In Michigan, we live on hers ($90k) and save 100% of mine.
I know there are cost of living calculators that suggest otherwise, but I really think $100k in the Midwest is better than $200k in NYC.
3 yrs-Advisory. Making $130k in New York city. It comes out about $7,000 a month. Mortgage, commute, food cost about $3,500. Not counting for unexpected expenses such as dental work etc. But to say I live comfortably, that’d be a lie. I buy cheap food, cook home, dream of a bigger place so I don’t have to work from kitchen or bedroom, I compromise on vacation, attire etc. to save for a rainy day but something unexpected pops up and my little savings quickly fade away. So yeah, $130k really isn’t enough to live comfortably in NYC, unsure about anywhere else.
100K in IOWA probably goes as far as 150K in NYC
Then OP is doing just fine
$400k is the new $100k.
