I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

What firm? Bonus potential? Seems decent given no FDD experience and 2 yrs total experience.
But to answer your question, there’s almost always room for negotiation. Even if it’s just a signing bonus
Big 4, they do bonuses but no idea what that typically looks like
From what I’ve heard, $90k salary so good for S1 in ATL (I typically hear mid-80s on this bowl for S1 in ATL)
As A&M1 said, always room to negotiate. I know S1s in HCOL making $100k. Don’t think it hurts to ask for $100k with $10k signing, and they meet you in the middle ($95k and $5k signing).
I was over $100k as S1 in similar COL but had previous industry experience.
