Is a BCG “People Manager” (within the Change Management, Transformation, and Purpose team) the same as a traditional client-facing consulting manager role? The recruiter gave me a slightly obscure job description and I can’t figure out if it’s similar to the “project leader” type roles, or different?

I am currently an EH&S/AP associate for Walmart Supple Chain. I am a team lead in the department making $31.35 an hour working Fri-Sun from 5:30-17:30 (12hr). I am interviewing for EH&S/AP manager and I am searching for how much the managers are making on here but I can’t find any post about it. If I get an offer for the manager position, how much should I ask for my salary? Please let me know how much you are making as an EHS manager and please include your company as well.

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.
