Is anybody else in the same boat ? I had my final interview for a Consultant role at Deloitte mid-December 2022. They said they would get back to me 1st week of Jan. Nothing. Then emailed the recruiter she told me they would not know final decision until Jan14 . Still nothing . then the recruiter called me a week after to apologize for the delays. I should hear back end of Jan and we are in Feb now no offer or rejection just silence… and I just checked online the position is no longer posted

I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle.
