Is anyone here hiring for a Senior HRBP role in their company?

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
