Yes, I'm definitely keeping up with the discussion around the U.S dollar. It's been really interesting to see how it's been affected by external factors like Brexit. Personally, I'm keeping a close eye on it and hoping for the best!
The value of the dollar is indeed going down but I don't believe it will reach the lows that people are saying that it will. The U.S dollar is way too strong to take such a major decline, but the next few years will be volatile for the US economy

I have been following for the last 10 years. The return of the world currencies being backed by “real assets” is long overdue. If oil comes off the dollar standard, look out below. I just heard a CNBC or Bloomberg report this week, that World Central Banks have been buying up and hoarding gold over the last 2-3 years.
At the end of the day, there is no viable alternative. The US dollar is currently the de facto only option. People who predict the dollar's demise do so because of a weakening US economy, but they fail to contemplate what can replace it and how.
