I have worked in municipal government for almost 17 years. I love what I do as an Inspector, but the environment is toxic, and administration horrible. I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. Private sector job will pay 35,000 more but will be 3 hrs away my husband is in law enforcement and can’t leave due to his position. Concerns are: private sector and when recession hits, it’s construction, away from hubby

Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document? Much appreciated.

My partner contributes a ton to my feelings of depression. We went through a really rough patch the last few months. Got out of it and are mostly fine. But every 2 days my partner will go from happy to really depressed thinking about our previous fights..I’m just trying to move forward but they’ll constantly say “well I wish it never happened” and I’m just frustrated I want to be happy and move forward and I don’t see the point in looking at life that way. They also have a ton of self-insecurity

Did you know a percentage of your candidates will completely sever ties with your company if they have a negative Candidate Experience?
