Is optum global solutions a service based company i know it is captive of UHG but is the work done is similar to other service based companies like TCS, Infosys , Wipro etc..? And is there any concept on strict timings with check in and checkout time or is it flexible??

I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter

Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?

TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Bengalore is costly and traffic is very heavy and commuting to office will take more of time and return to room will take more time in total it will be 3 hours of journey in an average if you are not near by , and home stay is very costly and have to pay heavy advances and rents as well and yearly increase in percentage of hike as per Bangalore BBMP rules and there is a language barrier going on and water crisis in some areas for time being and if your salary is good enough like around 30 lpa and u have enough patience then u can work in bangalore

So you managed to kick out Deloitte ... At 36LPA no city is out of budget for you, relax and choose based on your work profile don't get swayed by CTC numbers they keep changing.
Focus on work profile being offered and is it in sync with your career goals.
