Any pointers on which practice areas at BCG Dubai has most clients in Dubai/remote work? Planning to join BCG Dubai soon and because of some personal issues, I just cannot travel outside Dubai. Will it be possible at BCG Dubai?

Just finished undergrad and started my job remotely. I’m back at home with my parents and noticed I’m lacking the drive I had in school/internships because I’m way too comfortable here. SO moved in, however they aren’t as organized (an example is closet, my clothes are neatly folded and kept while theirs are mostly a pile of rolled up clothes). It does upset me and for some reason comes across as lazy which it may or may not be. We have had one minor chat and they saw it as ‘house rules’ and were worried there may be too many rules.

In 2021, I didn't do offer shopping, beacause I looked for well-being and work-life balance. After joining I realised that work-life and well-being soley doesn't depends on compensation, it depends on company,team members, project/product,manager, work-place, location as well.
For instance I was getting less salary and I have less experience than rest of my team mates. Last 1 year was tough for me, as I need to work hard than rest of team combined

I just cleared all rounds with Acko General Insurance for the position of Product Designer.
They asked for salary slip and offer letter to decide on the numbers. But my current pay scale isn't as per the industry standards and they are asking me to move to bangalore. If they give me a hike based on my current salary it would be next to impossible to move to bangalore. How do I put forward my points to them to try and convince them to pay me as per industry standards?
