Hi IBM sharks 🦈
So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?
Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?
Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?
Any inputs on this will really help :)

Do more consulting.
Left for industry haven’t looked back. Just make sure it’s a promo opp/$$$. You can come back for another promo opp to Accenture for more $$$ after 2-3 years.

Was wondering the same thing..feel like ppl look down on you for leaving for industry.
Boomeranging shouldn’t be too hard though if you gain a lot of experience in the field you want to consult for later though?
@M1 - mind sharing where you left to?
There’s no one to really baby you in industry. If you’re a go-getter in consulting, you will do well in industry. I realized many people in consulting are sheltered (at least at EY), but perhaps, that’s one of the perks of being in consulting since you have more opportunities for mentor ship. At the the end of the day, look at the market, growth, learning opportunities, and whether there is someone out there who really cares about your development.
