Is EY not hiring for IAM senior consultant/associate anymore? A recruiter reached out first and then said that they are not looking for anyone anymore.

I have 6.5 yrs of IT experience in Testing field. I have worked completely in Agile Delivery Model and have pretty decent understanding of Agile. Recently I completed my MBA in Technology Management as well. I am currently working in Accenture. I am looking for change in my career from QA to Scrum Master or PO kind of role. Doing 2nd of 3 interviews on Tuesday and looking for interview tips. I learned very quickly that I don't understand how the levels and total comp packages work. I'm interviewing for a Business Operations Specialist and when looking at salary ranges they are all over the place. Add in the changes a few months back and I now have NO idea where I should fall.
