Is EY paying out performance-based bonus this year? Normally we will hear it by now but this year no one mentions anything about it. Makes me wonder if they are trying to sweep it under the carpet

As a IT analyst in TCS, will be completing 8yrs in march.. My manager is not initiating my AST even though i am eligible.. Is there any way i can push for it? What is the eligible criteria? When is the AST promotion cycle? Also can i negotiate for salary hike in this promotion? My current CTC is too low approx 5.8LPA.

Hi, I have an offer which gives me batter increment in salary I have tried my best to find out about my project and time shift but they are not responding me properly, Now my LWD is very near and I have 2nd thoughts in my mind to stay. I also have couple of offers from big MNC in waiting state. If I stay then again I have to server my 90 days notice period and may be ask to sign a bond as well.

It seems like changing companies every 2-4 years is the best way to having your salary increase exponentially. Is this true for audit, specifically B4? Many people in audit tell me to stay till manager so that I can exit into a more senior role, which I don’t doubt, but I feel like the salary wouldn’t be as high compared to someone in my class who has already exited and bounced companies.
