Anyone had a FAANG company try to mislead you in applying for a role you’re overqualified for, hoping you’ll jump just for the name? I was approached by Apple for a channel sales role. I made it clear that I have been a senior manager in the past, and wouldn’t take a more junior position than that. The recruiter said the seniority can be defined later, and we should just talk. I had one interview, which went really well. Next thing I knew, they wanted to schedule 6 more interviews [cont]
30-40 percent of last year so 300$ - lol that's less then my RAC awards.
Did central make that announcement? I don't recall seeing that. The past few years it was less than 5% for a 5. If 30-40% of 5% is real, then screw it.
If pbb is shit does that also mean raises will be shit?
It will be minimal if anything
A month or two ago they announced that they WILL be paying out PBB this year
Yes, I heard it's going to be 30-40 percent compared to previous years across all levels
Staff do not receive a performance bonus, correct?
Staff do not.
I've heard rumors both ways. Wish they would just confirm it already.
They announced that they will be paying PBB. Also put the expectation that it will be lower BUT stated they will continue to reward their high performers. Interpreted that to mean 3s should expect a bravo essentially - it will be really low 1-2 percent?
^You nailed it!
FML I am hoping to get PBB and a promotion bonus 🤞🏼
EY9 are you a manager?
