Thoughts on calendar being double booked? What are the etiquettes to be followed. Often people double book and it feels like “ my meeting is more important that whatever you have booked time for in yours”. If both meetings are same urgency/importance - what’s the best approach ? I don’t want to debate on that here. What I want to ask is that I have rarely seen such posts about racism in this bowl. Is it because we don’t face it as much as some of the other races do? Or is there just lesser awareness about reporting it? Or something else? Hoping for constructive discussion.

Is it true that front end developers get paid less than backend/full stack developers?
