How much time they take to schedule interview.
Have cleared my first round a week ago but still they are unable to schedule second round. Notice is about to end in 3 weeks.

When applying for a job, what is the strategy when a firm asks you for your compensation requirements? I don’t want to be unrealistic, but I don’t want to sell myself short either.

Looking to purchase a house soon and am trying to decide between a low commute time (crappier house and a tight move financially) and a longer commute time (nicer house and more comfortable financially). I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
