Hi Fishes,
Can anyone please give a genuine insight into the frontend developer interview process for experienced candidates in Apple?
Do everyone irrespective of their experience needs to prepare for DSA? Or they just want the frontend developer to be proficient in HTML, CSS and JS just like they mention in JD. And also do they consider people from Tier 3 colleges?

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Absolutely ok. Shows that you came prepared. You can always say “I wrote down a few questions as I was preparing for this interview. Would you be ok if we went through the list of questions and topics that I have which we haven’t covered yet in our discussion?”
I have done it before ... I try not to read it out as I ask the questions.... :)
Yeah don’t just read them out but seems fine to me. It just shows preparation.
I give extra marks in my evaluation to candidates who show preparation. This is a delightful thing to see, always.
Definitely. It comes off bad if someone doesn’t ask any questions or seems unprepared
