Yes! It’s the worst! I got one of those $10 posture inserts from Walmart that attaches to my office chair, and it makes a world of difference.
I got this one and it’s helped immensely. That, and I got a riser for my laptop so it’s eye level and I don’t look down all day - seriously the only way I can survive a desk job. lol

Putting your laptop on a stack of big books/elevating it somehow so that it’s more eye level when you sit can help keep you from looking down too much/slouching!
Yes omg this is the worst!! I switched chairs this week and it’s helping. I also started seeing a Chiropractor once a month and honestly that has provided the best relief.
I also do yoga postures to reverse the way I hold my neck and spine all day and I stretch my neck like every hour. I want to convert to a standing desk at some point. But I feel your pain. It’s horrible.
