Is it better to stay at a top big law firm (equivalent to the V10 in the US) but satellite office doing a very niche type of work that I don’t enjoy or move to a mid-sized or boutique with more work? Other big firms in my city are unfortunately not hiring.

A company offered a role, but then went back to the legal team to see if they can do H1 transfer. The job is not aligned with my degree but my past 9 years of work ex has been. How do I try to convince them?

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term. I try to ignore and just stay focused on what I need to do yet sometimes proves challenging. I worry it might affect my professional/career growth. Thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks!

I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position.
