YES.
The answer to this question is always YES if you have another job offer. If someone is offering you a job, they clearly don’t care how long you’ve been at the last one. And if they are offering you a job, you probably have discussed this in your interviews already.
It’s simple supply and demand, if employers have a problem with it (they won’t) you will not get any offers.
Honestly? No. Put in a year and move on. It would be rare for me to consider a resume from someone who spent less than a year at an agency.
It is always OK to leave... Just as it's always OK for them to lay you off.
Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes. Someone asks this question once a week. I’m gonna bet Mr/Mrs Ogilvy up there there is someone you wouldn’t want to work for. First I look at someone’s book, then if I’m interested I arrange a chat. If in between those two things I’ve noticed a very short stint somewhere I do something absolutely insane—I ask them about it. I find investigating before condemning to be a good way to handle many things.
You'll be fine if you have an explanation. I don't understand why people are stuck on the 1 year mark ? So someone wouldn't be considered if they have 9 months in a role ? As if those 4 months will make a difference. I've seen people laid off after 4 months and people sold totally different roles then what they're interviewed for. Shit happens that's life. You want to work for a hiring manager/company who wants know why you moved and care more about your skill set rather then time spent in a role.
One job yes, multiple jobs probably not.
I got laid off after working for 8 months. Do you think they care what do I think about them?
Yes. If it’s not a good fit you need to move on and be honest with your potential future jobs. This stuff happens all the time
Yes if it's not a pattern. More than twice and you're considered a jumper. Someone just asked the same thing 1-2 days ago. Start looking and see how it goes.
Had a similar situation. I used my internal network at the holding company level to pull strings and get a rotation. If you're with a large enough holding company it may be worth a try

Yes, who cares what others will think. Do what's best for you!
Don’t make it a habit but only old fashioned industry folk care about that stuff. People understand that things don’t work out

Nah...white knuckle that shit. Wait for the year and peace out
