I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini
Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

How to tackle gap periods in IT interviews?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I don’t see why you can’t. I always say I’m actively looking for the right opportunity. That insinuates I’m interviewing but no details
Me too.
My opinion and experience: They’re asking you to know how fast they need to act before they get into a counter war with another agency. Also, if you’re interviewing with other agencies, you’re a hotter commodity. In short, there is absolutely no harm in saying you’re interviewing elsewhere. It’s the one thing that’s sure to speed up the offer process and find out if the agency is actually interested. The expectation in this industry isn’t that you hold out for an agency. The person interviewing you wouldn’t do it either.
I'm a recruiter and this is the correct answer. We want to know if we like you how likely it is to lose you to another and hurry up, or how interested you are in us before we bother getting hot and heavy.
Isn’t it kind of like dating? I’d never say ‘oh yes I also went on a date with someone else last night’. But I would say ‘I’m out there looking to meet the right person!’
I have always mentioned agencies I'm talking to. Never seemed like a problem.
It is nothing like dating.
I’d say I’m interviewing at other agencies. It gives them a sense of urgency if they like you to move quickly
For the record, I hate this question. What is its purpose?
@Designer 1, I just was in the situation and they asked me if I am interviewing at other places. I said yes, they asked when? I replied. After interview I am questioning myself. Because it seems like the recruiter and the agency were not planing to hire right away. And he said to update him if I received an offer from other places so we don’t waste each other time. So I am thinking for my next interview maybe I don’t bring it up?
Always say yes but tell them you’d go exclusive if the money’s right
It’s not that different from a certain other trade
If you’re my top candidate, I want to know if you are further along in the process with other agencies and I need to have a sense of urgency or keep other candidates on the line.
