Hi Guys, Anyone working in snet project?
[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I have a question, fellow bowlaz! I work in a small advertising agency in Oslo, Norway, and we struggle to get in contact with international ad media such as Adweek (Ad Freak) and Ad Age whenever we want to show off our creative work. Does anyone of you have a way in, or tips on how we can get in contact with media outlets like these? Cheers

I've seen people (especially younger creatives) with a spec/rejected ideas section in their book. They clearly label it though, otherwise it can come across as deceptive
Try to do personal projects that could be somewhat legitimate vs a Nike ad that you never made. You know? I think that’s ok and shows off your thinking without being outlandish.
I have a “not ads” section for cool shit I do outside of the industry, especially if it makes the news/wins an award. I also have several “pitched, not produced” things, but they’re not the front-page work, and they’re clearly labeled as such.
As long as it’s not claiming a brand you didn’t really work with, sure.
