I'm at Deloitte currently and feels like it is on the path to becoming a mass recruiter, which means the culture and perks will get diluted.
Don't really know much about JPMC, but it for sure is an attractive brand name to have on your resume.
Deloitte
That phase is gone. You will get exposure to multiple industries and you can choose later which one you want to go to. JPMC is good but restricted to finance.
Join Deloitte - Diverse opportunities, different industries to learn about, different tech to grasp, bonuses, project awards. Highly doubt all this is there at JPMC.
Both are good brands. Go with higher package.
I'd say if you're in Finance, and you like being in Finance, then stick to JP Morgan, since that is one of the core companies in that industry. The financial growth there has the potential to be exponential in terms of both Fixed as well as Variable pay, especially if you follow up with a CFA. Money should have lesser consideration anyway when you're at an undergrad stage.
The story changes in case you're a post grad, where the chance to reset your base pay goes down. You're the best judge, but take up Deloitte if there is a considerable difference in the money.
I'm in risk and financial advisory. So even in Deloitte my role will be limited to financial services.
I agree with D1, even I'm from Cyber Risk which is actually a part of RFA.
