Is it safer to be at a privately owned company during a recession. Obviously understand it would depend on management/company. I could see private companies having a more long-term vision when approaching recessions, whereas publicly trade companies might be more tied to hitting short term goals. Just curious what everyone’s thoughts are.

For rent paid below 1 lakh there is no need to submit landlord's PAN. I have calculated based on my HRA and if I show rent paid as around 96k my tax refund will be around 13k.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
