Is it time to move on to another field or should I keep applying? A little bit of background about me. Went to portfolio school, graduated, worked for a year at an agency. I’ve been looking for a job for almost two years now. Had a few interviews but nothing panned out. Is it time to give up? I’m getting older (mid 30s) and am worried that might be a factor too. I hate that I spent so much time, energy and money on this endeavor.

I recently started with Firm A (AM Top 200), and Firm B (AM Top 50) reached out for an interview. Given the potential pay with Firm B is significant (I’d say life-changing), I scheduled the interview. Should I disclose Firm A during the interview or wait and only disclose if Firm B makes an offer? Between now and the interview, I will not have completed any significant work for Firm A.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I'm now severely burnt out (most of my team is) and not sure which way to go, or how to grow. Any tips/advice?
