Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.
What can I expect in the oracle welcome kit?

Nothing from the things you’ve mentioned that are holding you back is going to stay there forever. The world has now learnt to live with COVID, inflation and recession is experienced at least once a decade and Russia-Ukraine war - not sure how that’ll impact you in Netherlands.
It’s a good offer mate. All these issues will be resolved in next few months and then if you don’t take this opportunity, chances are you’ll regret. Working in a country away from home is a good experience one should have in lifetime. Your child is very young, so if not now then it’ll be more difficult for you to pursue such opportunity in future.
OP, did you take the offer? Which company is it? And what is the job role?
It's a good offer. IMO, you must go. Your offer is more than the average salary in Netherlands. So, it's a good deal.
Yes - housing has shot up, COL has increased and energy has tripled. BUT - For that salary, you shouldn't have any issues... Maybe lower savings (which should go up as the situation normalises) but other wise you shouldn't worry as it is a good offer.
I was offered 50-60k euros gross for Amsterdam so had the same concerns.
Did you take the Amsterdam offer?
105k is base?
