Is Mastercard management consulting is on pair with MBB? Or its closer to big 4 consulting

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.

Is it recommended to get two full years of consulting experience before looking for a move elsewhere...for more comp (say to another Big 4, industry, attempt at MBB or FAANG)? Already have 8 yoe in the DoD space outside of consulting. And about 16 months of consulting exp

15+ YoE with a mix of tech / analytics strategy + hands on AI/ML implementation both at boutique and Big 4 + program leadership (managing 20 - 30 person cross-functional teams).

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? 9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
