I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

If you're looking for a place that hires a bunch of high functioning creative people with mental illnesses that's called an ad agency.
Sold this dream and my thinking to U.S. head of one of the biggest agencies out there.
Went straight to director level. It was great all around and big things were in the works.
A month into the role. My dog died, my dad died, and the person who hired me was fired and the role was disbanded all within the span of a week.

Be sure to take a kitchen sink to the meeting.
ND should be in the diversity conversation but ableism prevents companies from making real DEI initiatives. They chicken out because they’re scared that we hurt their bottom line with our need for accommodations. Haven’t found my agency home yet, but I hope you do.
I just made a post about this topic on reddit. I've been involved in a few ND hiring programs and co-founded the ND employee resource group at Amazon!
I'm pretty well connected with ND tech community. Let me know if you want to chat

I’d never heard of ND before today. But I feel like ad agencies have always been ripe with ND. We just knew it by other names, ADHD, dyslexic, social anxiety, bipolar, autism, etc. any many ways people in creative realms seem to (on the surface) have a higher propensity to have those.
I will admit, I have not worked with anyone with Down Syndrome/Intellectual difficulties.
