Is Principal Product Manager role a good title/role? I'm not too familiar with titles in the product management world, but the work itself is interesting for the role I'm looking at. But the title doesn't really give me a sense of where in the hierarchy it might sit. Any insights?

Hey guys, I have the first short 15-minutes call with a product guy from Hugging Face today wherein he is likely going to take a guess at what roles I could be suitable for. I had applied for Post-Sale Machine Learning solutions Engineer. My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Has anyone here had a difficult recovery post-egg retrieval? It’s been 3 days and I’m still in a lot of pain. The medical team said I should expect to be uncomfortable for 5-7 days or more due to the high number of eggs retrieved (=very swollen ovaries) and it will take 2 weeks to get back to normal.

Been on the job hunt for the past 3 months. Applied to 200+. Interviewed with 15 companies (big tech + mid sized) but failing at either hiring manager round or ghosted after onsite. I’ve spent hours everyday applying, researching companies and prepping for interviews, watching videos, reading books, but just can’t seem to close the deal. Feeling so stuck, anxious and frustrated all the time.

Any advice how to get out of this situation?

Have been approached for a "Transformation Officer" role at a PE held port co with high probability of getting it. Torn staying in consulting ( 1.5 year post MBA till now) or new role? Suggestions?

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match?
