Is promotion list from A to SA finalised for this quarter(Q1 2026)?

Hey PMs! First time posting, so here goes… I’ve been at my current job, a DC-based start up, for 2 years and have 5 yoe (all in product). Seems like salaries have spiked quite a bit lately - any suggestions on what I should be asking for next promotion cycle? I currently make $130k

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

Current TC 103K [88/15], offer 125k base [+discretionary bonus].

Hello! I’m gearing up for my year end comp conversation and I’d like to be a better idea of what people are making to ask for a raise. I work for a large asset manager and sell alternative investments (PE, RE, Credit, Infra etc) to RIAs, family offices, and multi family offices. I’m currently an associate, but am hoping to get VP this cycle. Any insight on what your comp looks like and how it’s structured would be super helpful!

Accepted job offer with higher salary, but after cost of living adjustment it’s turning out to not be a raise…struggling with this now. How bad would it be to rescind my acceptance?

Is it a red flag to not use your current employer as a reference or would this not be noticed? I have other references I want to use who I think can better attest to my skills for the job but don’t want it to raise any questions.

My salary was 3.1L until march 2022 and then post promotion 4.5L. I am serving notice period currently and I recieved a mail to submit Actual Investment Proof. What does it mean please help I am not getting clear idea. Should I file ITR with this salary?

Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.

I personally know a few SDR managers that make more. Am I being lowballed? I don’t want to come off as sounding ungrateful for the promotion.

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

My fiancé will NOT stop talking about her ex. After I found out they were texting arguing she justified it by saying it was about the dogs and not them. Even though Her social media is full of his pics. She still sends him $50 a month for dog food, still goes to work right by his place and suspiciously needs keys. Does internal transfer happen in EY GDS service line? I am in International Tax and not liking it here just within a couple of months of joining. It’s a lot of back office work that is very frustrating and stressful. Have experience of Individual tax (US) for a little over 2 years and an EA. Also, does the pay scale vary?

Tax question: my SM changed my hours with a location I never worked at, from 2020. When I asked for a change, he is hesitant since it’s a long process. Would it cause any issue on visa if I filed a tax to a state I never worked in?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc .
