If you want the money, go to Switzerland, the only market that pays decent in EU and has low taxes on top of that.
Literally doubled my take home by just switching offices internally.
Getting hired in Switzerland as a non-swiss national is honestly pretty hard. You will either need to be a highly qualified professional with generally more then 10 YOE, or if you're lucky enough get transferred there thorough internal mobility.
Most of the job offers ask for French/German language skills.
If you somehow get a job there, definitely consider living in the French/German frontier as you'll be paying a loooot less for rent and basically have a salary of a minister.

If you are from an English speaking country I would think London/Germany would make the most sense
London is a bit more expensive than Germany (Berlin/Munich). Berlin is very similar to London with an international feel , lots of things to do and have a fun life. Munich is more relaxed and a smaller town but still quite nice
Germany tends to get more colder during the winter months as compared to london while rents in Berlin are much cheaper compared to London so depends what you are looking for really
From a work perspective , both countries are at par from a brand or exit Opprtunity perspective
Germany has the highest salary, below which are UK and NL, which are comparable. Cost of living is the opposite. Germany has the lowest while UK and NL are more expensive. I know it doesn't make sense.
Big 4 starts around £35k now and grows pretty fast - even faster if you move, so not worth looking at the first year figure

Almost everyone has to live in berlin as an artist or a DJ or some start up situation.
You are not comparing apples to apples. You could also move to Manchester or Bristol and still have a high salary with much lower cost

Is the safety issue in London become worse in recent years?
Lived in London my whole life. Contrary to popular belief and scaremongering headlines, the capital is very safe. Just like any major city you're going to get crime etc. A lot of the crime you hear about is gang on gang crime, so you're fine unless you decide to change your career 🤣.
I can only speak for UK v NL.
I think on average UK pay is similar or slightly below NL pay. Taxes are approx 10% lower in UK, and GBP/EUR has increased recently so expect net salary to be higher. I earn approx 600eur p/m more than my AMS counterparts at same grade (base).
Bonuses are typically higher in UK, but NL has a 13th month (‘holiday pay’) which I haven’t seen in UK.
