Is Senior MD a role at your firm or is what comes after MD/PPMD, the Chairman or CEO level? In the previous agency I worked in, we didn't have an SMD but there is one in my current workplace. Curious how it works in other agencies!

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.
