Is the CFP license worthy? How is the exam and how to meet the experience requirements if you are working in public acct?

Is it unrealistic of me to sit for the CFP exam in March if I start studying next week? I have three years of experience as an FA and I plan to study 2 hrs/night Mon-Thurs and all day on Sat/Sun

My company offered to pay my way through the CFP program, on the contingency that I will pass and also stay with them for 10 years after the fact. Is this normal? It seems unfair to make me pay them back down the road if I decide to take a better opportunity. It’s a small business that is worried I will leave.

I have a colleague who always shows up on our morning meetings with wet hair from where it’s clear she just got out of the shower before the call. Our manager took her aside and apparently told her that it didn’t look professional on client video meetings.
