I prefer to WFH, if I do get lonely or want to get out of the house, I go to a coffee shop or restaurant and work from there. The freedom is nice.
WFH with a day or two in the office per week.
Much prefer in office or hybrid and honestly think that long term, wfh can have a horrible impact on mental health
I am hybrid and I see the benefits to both so I prefer hybrid. I like the wlb of work from home and the culture of being in office.
I enjoy Hybrid it keeps me connected with company and also give some free time.
I prefer WFH but I have to go in the office on occasion to collaborate to get things done a lot quicker. If that wasn’t the case I would never go to the office. I can put a happy hour on the calendar once a month to socialize with co workers.
I WFH and my team is on the east coast, could def use IRL friends
I am personally a huge fan of WFH. Hybrid for me, ideally is like once or twice a month. I just think I don't need to spend os much time with my coworkers lol
I do hybrid. I work from home three times a week and from the office twice a day so I feel like I get the best of both worlds
WFH
I’m hybrid now and miss WFH. Not only do I lose productivity, my work like balance is not the same. I have to log in at night to keep things moving or even sometimes on the weekends. My company considers hybrid 3 days a week in the office.
WFH after years commuting...I don't think I can ever go back to commuting, especially 5 days a week. I love the flexibility, especially because in the office I'd almost never have enough stuff to do for a full 8 hours a day. However, sometimes I feel I may be passed up for promotions compared to coworkers who commute to the office regularly since they build stronger connections with partners than I do online.
Hybrid. I was miserable working from home. I’m too much of a people person and I’m single so I like being around people. I do like to WFH a couple of days a week though. I pick less busy days because I’m more distracted at home by things like laundry and my dog. My office is only 15 minutes from my house though so that makes going into the office easier.
Commute for sure
Commute for sure
WFH! I live my life and tend to work on a camera during a set time. Can’t get better than that
I'm a big advocate of working from home. I do not miss being in traffic. I'm also more productive in my home office
There are pros and cons to both. With working from home I feel like I miss out on bonding with colleagues but it's also way more convenient working from home
I personally like being in the office. I will thrive off of the energy of my coworkers to keep going
