Is the move from Senior Internal Auditor to Manager of Internal Audit worth it. The pay difference is 80k to 100k but is the stress worth it?

I got an offer from Deloitte India and KPMG Global Services into deal advisory role. The salary difference is not very much but I'm confused now which one to join.
In both the companies I have to work with international clients.

What package can we expect for Senior Program Architect with 14+ years of experience in Salesforce India?

Trying to get some insight (for comparison purposes) regarding the starting salary for a newly minted JD/LLM role Grant Thornton Baker Tilly RSM and like firm
Location/service line will do.

Does anyone have any tips on how to crossover to governmental affairs? I love government work, but I would like to try it from a different perspective.

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization.
