The hours are insane. I would rather quit than billing 1800 for $75k….
I have considered government, but the pay is too low in my area. If finances weren’t an issue, I would.
Nope you need to find a small firm doing some other type of work I think so you can hopefully then move into non-ID. I’m thinking real estate, labor, or business lit. Those are the only ones I see that have okay exit opps, and it’s what I did and eventually went in house with some small firm labor/real estate experience
Employment law firms are hiring talent with litigation experience all over the country. You’ll take a haircut on class year, but see an increase in your salary.
