Is there a hiring freeze at EY? I've been applying for Manager positions at EY for months (3rd Yr Consultant at Deloitte. Embarrassing to mention how massively overqualified I am). I always get past the initial HireVue questionnaire but never through to an actual interview.

There may have been 8 apps, 6 HireVue survey invitations, and maybe 3 outright rejections after being contacted for further information.

I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if a hiring freeze is going on.

What's the avg salary for a Client Executive role? (Verizon)
