Not a defined process per se:
1) Network
2) Prove yourself over time
3) Repeat steps 1-2 until you have a base of 2-3 managers and 1-2 SMs/PPMDs that will vouch for you
4) Once you feel confident that the people you’ve been working with will support, broach the subject with one of them that you trust most
5) Have the conversation with the SM / PPMD you think will be the main sponsor of the transfer — if they support, they’ll trigger the official process with HR, etc.
6) Follow the official process
