Is there any difference in HSW interview acceptance rate if you do it over Zoom or on campus/in person?

I really don’t want to spend a full day off and more importantly $1000+ on flights hotels and Ubers/car rentals. Not to mention the time actually traveling in the airplane. I figure if they accept me I’ll visit for the ASW weekends but else it is a lot of money wasted

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.

Recently I had interview with oracle oci and it went well but haven't heard back from HR , how long does it take to update the interview status. My interview completed last week Tuesday.

So I have an offer pending but I still have 2 more interviews left for another role that I would like, on Monday. I need to get back to the recruiter by tomorrow on the offer.
