Is volunteering the only way to get work experience as someone who wants to enter the field?

Are you talking about Tech?

Are you referring to a specific field or just in general? Volunteering or internships are an excellent way to earn hands-on experience, especially if you don't have enough educational background related to a particular field unless you get hired by a company willing to train and pay you simultaneously.

internships. Others get in the field without experience. it's just a matter of how you market yourself during the interviews and of course your other qualifications besides from experience.

Not the only way for sure. I'd say one of the ways to get work experience. What specific field are you referring to?

Nope. I often hear this misconception. Don't worry, there are plenty of ways to get work experience.

Not necessarily. There are other ways but volunteering is only one of the ways to get experience.

Of course not. Do not limit yourself to only one option. There are other ways to get work experience.

Not really. But the fastest way maybe. An internship is also an option.
