I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . Hi 👋. I posted here a few weeks ago about being nervous conducting a PIP conversation with my team member.
I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.
Maybe he’s looking for new jobs already - don’t mind this at all and this would be a good outcome for him overall.

Any real estate experts in the house? Thinking of making a move to Miami from Jacksonville. Jacksonville real estate is still pretty inflated and hasn’t really come down much. Is real estate in Miami following the same pattern? Or is it expected to deflate with high interest rates?
