It’s become a recurring issue that my manager is adding on a colleague of mine to projects I am working on “to help” or is even giving them projects on clients he knows I work on. Are my feelings of being upset and worried valid? Or am I overreacting?

My manager micro manages everything I do, and I’m losing my mind. Wanted to see how any of you have handled a manager like this, and get some advice on how to tell them to literally stop.

Anyone has any book recommendations that teach you how not to get overly emotional with work? I found myself getting irritated/ frustrated/ stressed often and I think these emotion gets in the way for me to put out my best performance. So looking for advice
